Shipping & Delivery Policy

paleothic offers complimentary insured shipping across India on all orders exceeding ₹2,500. Orders below ₹2,500 incur a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹150. All parcels are dispatched through premier courier networks (Blue Dart, Delhivery Air) with full transit insurance. Typical delivery timeline is 2 to 4 business days for metropolitan centers.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and refunds are not provided for orders after dispatch or delivery, except where required by applicable law. Eligible orders may be cancelled before dispatch; refunds for eligible prepaid cancellations are initiated after cancellation.
